Sinus infection all weekend. The Dog and I spent a lot of time on the couch together. Skipping the weigh-in this week. I can see the bloat in the mirror. The number is up, time to recover. Low carb this week (100-150g per day). Lots of water, Should be good for a chest session tonight at the gym.
