Day 3 NOFAF (No food/alcohol/fags) - Wow I am looking forward to today ending, as this is supposed to be a hard day for me, but I do feel good and have only mild pangs and not sure what they are for ie food or cigs (hopefully not alcohol at 8am)...Taking today off work to clean the house and clothes of cigarette smells..Lost an inch of my waist and weight 211 this am (only 1 lb for my first stone loss this year)Update at weigh in at 8pm

Well, it's bound to be hard. I'm not a fan of total fasting myself. I would prefer to east healthily as a way of cleansing the body, but it's your choice. Giving up smoking is definitely a good idea though!
