That looks excellent. I dont think I could go full carnivore. I get indigestion way too easily!

Windy, REALLY? It usually cures all that stuff. Getting rid of all the inflammatory foods. But who knows. Gor me it's boring at times. It's cured my knee pain. I've got artificial bone implants in my femur, totally got rid of my inflammation, and many other things. When I cheat, my knees start hurting again. It's really weird. I'll never be full beef. But i know I've gotta do it for now 😭

I dont know, I cant say for sure bc Ive never tried it. I just know too much fat, or too much spice, or even too much dairy, and I pay for it. To be honest Im not a real big meat eater, never have been. So when you say go *Lion* what does that entail? JUST beef?

Interesting that it takes care of inflammation. So it must be the starchy carbs that flares it up.. Really, what I should do is cut the starchy carbs out for a while. Even a week. Ive done it before...but gosh, that leaves meat and veggies. Might try that once or twice a week. Couldnt hurt

Windy it's often the veggies and plants irritating the gut. There are many interviews I've heard people reversing ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel, etc on Dr shawn baker podcast. People who have colonoscopy bags can only digest meat! The veggies shoot right out. It's crazy. My personal message to people is don't eliminate so much if you're doinh well, but iv know no one in my carnivore groups that hasn't healed by eliminating veggies and wheat rice etc.

Morticia, that's OK, you can still have a burger patty. It's just ground up steak 😋

My issue is mostly gallbladder (stones). I need to tell daughter's BF about that. He has IBS and has some pretty intense attacks. He watches what he eats (most of the time, ikr) but for sure he hasnt tried carnivore. I'll tell him.

Concarnelavida cool! I've got some yogurt to use up and some cheese. I'll freeze them! Last meal with onions my hands swelled up. I'm not sure why. Maybe cuz it's a night shade. I'll start June 1! Why not! A few weeks is enough to learn if it's the food I've added that's causing some inflammation. So annoying cuz i like cheese and some veggies. Mehh. I just want to feel good and I'm not there yet.

I am on 4th month of mostly carnivore… I guess I am ketovore as I like to add mustard to my burgers and sometimes spring onion. I agree! Foot pain and back pain are only gone when I stick to eat g mostly meats. I eat a lot of pork too.

Jenjabba- Excellent. June 1st. Lion diet. Roarrrr! :)) Let's take a bite out of that ugly, old inflammation.
It might be a good idea to avoid nightshades until you get the inflammation under control and back where you want to be. It's only 2 weeks. You'll know one way or another by that time.

@MOM2BOXER ! HI! We've been here for years! I remember you! WELCOME to carnivore! I've been carni since Jan 1 2023 from keto. My plantar faciatis hasn't gotten better on it but my knees and hands and brain are better. I added some onions and pepper s lately and I'm not sure if they caused my recent swelling. So, we be going lion for a few weeks. I love my mustard and sugar free ketchup!
