Well I did pretty well on the "Stop & Drop" diet yesterday, logged about 1,249 calories, only 49 over. Today, however, is "treat" day - the day my (wonderful) boss brings treats from Starbucks. I totally LUV their chocolate croissants, so I'm already past the halfway point today for calories - bummer! I'll try to skip the afternoon snack to make up for it; also I'm going to attempt to do some running today. Just a little bit of run/walk or jog/walk on the treadmill. I haven't really run since I popped a hamstring about 6 months ago. So I'll definitely be running slow and light tonight. I'd really love to start running again, hope this works out okay!
