FBS 112 after 17-hr fast. Lost some water weight apparently--finally. Egg (yuck) and tofu with little green onion for brunch.

I need to get some tofu since I’m mostly vegetables. I made chicken soup the last few weeks but not going back to pescatarian. Tofu will help make that up
