Really hard not to eat past 3:30 or 4 pm sometimes but it’s worth it if I can. I do some type of sparkling water instead and it works most of the time. Power yoga this morning 💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️
71.9 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
