just understood i am in stable remission from the bulimia i had for more than 3 years.
i feel the power in myself to get into the weight and shape i aspire to be without it!

i am starting a completely new journey now, eating healthy foods only and tracking my calories!
i believe this will get me to my target weight and so far it hasn’t been this hard.:)

i am no longer compulsively overeating and don’t have such huge sugar cravings. i even forgot how world seemed before all that, honestly.
and if i really want something sweet i can always get some sweet& salty popcorn and stay under my calorie limit.

i just wanted to share this to whoever needed this as much as i did some time ago.

you can do it! and your goal is not as unreachable as you may feel it is. in fact, it’s not unreachable at all.
you just need two things: discipline and, most importantly, time.
