Well that woke me up 😳🤪

Good job! I f’ed up and ate a healthy lunch, but ate sweets…multiple in a frickin day. Lol. I rarely skip meals, but I’ll skip dinner. I have no social plans, and skipping dinner is better than skipping breakfast or lunch, anyway, unless you have plans. But I will work out anyway. Still haven’t done my 20,000 steps + stationary bike yet. Will do it. Hope the food is going well too for you! Decent for me—progress not perfection. What are your go to habits so far whether you are doing well overall with food, or whether you need to work on it?

Still got the rest of the day to do a well as you can. 😁. Im trying do at least one boot camp a week and get back in to the habit of exercising. I’m good with breakfast, lunch and fruit. It’s just dinner and sweets so trying to eat less and not pick at the sweets like i used to. 😳

Good job! I still eat too many sweets, but I have (mostly) quit drinking them, even if I do occasionally! I now prefer seaweed chips to traditional, junky snack food, and am re-learning to eat avocados and big salads, which were my favorite when I was at my healthiest lol. Also, more variety with fruits and veggies even if I am good about amount. Gotta go easy on TV next…that is not easy. No I don’t binge-watch anything, but I do watch something daily. It’s a problem. And quit sleeping excessively, just a nice normal 7.5 hours a night with an alarm lol. And I need to see my general practitioner every single year even if it’s not required (neurologist appointments are required though, because of a condition). And take my vitamins so I don’t get cravings from missing them. :) We can both do better! Wishing you good vibes.

Those all sound like great little changes that will make a big difference in the long run. Yes we both can and we will. Little by little. 😄 wishing you good vibes too

That's my problem too, ad, picking at sweets. Doing pretty well this week so far. Great work for you today!

I couldn’t stick to a single plan today…gosh this darn desire to rebel against myself even when I tell others. Had to set my journal to private because of that… But I did get 6,000 steps, even if it wasn’t the insane 20,000 I planned, even if I ate too much, definitely didn’t fast after all… …I’m not the only one currently struggling. It seems to be a common pattern currently, in the air I guess…praying for anyone who is having a tough time dealing with urges!

Good news with lunch, always take the little wins. Maybe try having a few less daily goals if you’re feeling the urge to rebel against them 😄 remember progress is progress whatever speed you do it at. If it was easy we’d all be happy with ourselves 😝
