Day 4 of fat fast done. Got me some macadamia nuts so all was good. Am getting used to having more than one BPC a day. I love it so much but don't know that I want to keep drinking 2...I think I will go one more day since husband is working. We have reservations at a spiffy steak house tomorrow night that I am looking forward to. Will weigh in at the gym this morning! For when you think YOU have it ruff!

KMSL @ that pic!!!!! Nice job on the fast. I think I will take Dr. Fung's advice and do 2 24 hour fasts a week and do a follow up day with a feast day. I'm also contemplating on stopping tracking via dietdoctor advice.
