3rd day down of fat fast. Husband ended up working so I DID NOT get Mexican, just continued on. He's working today thru Saturday so will be gone. He drives a truck for UPS and is usually gone during the week. It makes it easy to do these "wild" eating "experiments" since I don't have to worry about anyone else having to eat. I ran out of macadamia nuts and couldn't find any at 3 different stores. What the heck? Where did the Mauna Loa company go? No one carries them anymore. I ended up getting the planters heart healthy mix but they put me under my 90% fat. They say this is fine but just bugged me, I am a little OCD about "rules". If I'm gonna do it, I want to do it "right", blah blah blah.

Not to this point yet.....

Nice job! I'm thinking I will start one tomorrow, but I will bend the rules a little. I will do regular fasting, and substitute as needed with fat.
