Ate a commercially prepared chili/beans combo tonight. Only such thing this week. 'Compensated' by making a smoothie to get more vege and a fruit for today. PT on hold now till after I see the neurosurgeon; no longer improving. I'll just continue to lose weight and improve muscle mass.
