Chicken parmesan. I made it with chicken breast, cream cheese, some alfredo sauce, and parmesan. I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and that was it. Hopefully this holds me over till this afternoon. I do not like to spend time cooking or cleaning. EZ, simple things are best for me.
