0.8 lbs loss. Has no motivation. Having started with slimming world for three weeks then changing to calorie counting I thought would improve my weight loss but five pounds since start of January is not great. Last year it was at least two pounds a week. I know it’s a loss but really expected more

Try not to be hard on yourself your doing great you have lost even if it’s not what you were expecting, I fast and I workout on top 5 days a week and have lost 2.1kg since December it will happen sometimes just takes us longer . Your in the right place here everyone is so supportive in this group x

Don’t forget to exercise and move! It really aides after the initial big loses slow down. Cut the carbs a bit too it forces your body in the right direction!

plz don't compare or hold on to the person u used to be,,that's gone and what worked then wont work now bcoz u are a different person,and thats a good thing, we r supposed to evolve and grow,its all about who u are and where u are right now.....and right now u are doing gr8, first month of the year, u have stuck to ur diet, ur logging on here, keeping it honest And not only have u not gained any more weight but uv lost 5lbs too....brilliant, well done, and now uv got ur routine just think what ur going to do in February, ur going to smash it!!❤️

It's horrible when you see no results and lose motivation. I would put the scales away for a week. Perhaps try and drink more water this week and up your daily step count- Something you can achieve and that is doing you good. Small changes can make a big difference

I can go a month and not lose weight on the scales yet tape measure shows a loss try measuring once a month it makes a big difference You are doing great still a win 5Lb loss x
