How often are you all weighing your selves I don’t want to get to caught up in weighing but feel like I’m getting a bit Ott in weighing myself what started once every to weeks went to once a week and now I’m weighing myself every other day

I tend to weigh weekly. I try do every Friday before the weekend madness xx

Maybe once a week is more healthier than every other day I need to try and get back to doing it like this I think. , I have lost 2.1kg since the beginning of the year anyone who’s read my posts lately would know it’s been a difficult time for me , my sister past in Jan , my partner left and my uncle passed over the weekend.

I do daily, first thing a.m., no clothing, but I'm able to take fluctuations in stride, and I use a 7-day rolling average as my "true" weight to smooth out the bumps. Fluctuations are normal, but if you're someone who rejoices or despairs over-much with every up and down, you might do better weekly

I do once every 3 or 5 days and usually at around 3pm as I’m most likely to up and down if I do it at different times. I also keep the scales in the same spot

I’ll try start doing it once a week get into that routine , I do fast about 18hours a day then eat a little then nothing then a little more then eat nothing and workout on top of that , I clean and walk everyday too and try to clean eat too x

I know I should only do once a week and I only log that once on a sunday I am on board with my daughters to loose weight so we all do the same day But I get tempted in the week to weigh to lol

I think once or twice a week, preferably in the morning around the same of the day.
