Woke at 214.4, down .4 from yesterday. Ate right on my calorie target yesterday but had six IPA beers at happy hour. That added about 1250 more calories. Targeting 1935 again today. UPDATE: Met a nice young person for lunch today for a mentoring session. Went to a fabulous South American place called Del Campo. Ate a steak sandwich, passed on the fries, but did have dessert and coffee. There is time to make up for it in the day! UPDATE 2: Came home at 217.6 as the sugar got to me. Eating protein and fiber for dinner and will go over on calories by about 400. Will jump on the treadmill soon and will achieve a 1000 calorie deficit today.
