i weighted in at 73.7 but I'm worried to log it as I'm thinking it may be a blip on the scales. I'm not meant to be at this weight until Saturday (if I'm sticking to the LOSING 1.3kga per week) to reach my mini goal.

It's your profile, totally up to you how you use it. Whatever you log you can also remove... I have loved using this app as my own weight loss journey turned into a bit of a science experiment as I learnt more from others and also about how my own body responded to different things (types of foods, exercise, intermittent fasting etc) The more closely you monitor all the things, the more useful the app is to you on your journey...
