Woke at 237.4, up .1 from yesterday. I ate pretty close to exactly what I wanted to yesterday, but it’s going to take a while to get over the hump. With my new job, which will involve eating at least as much hotel and restaurant food as I formerly did, I will have to go into a process where I don’t eat as much at home. Let’s see how this works out.

Why not just eat only half of the food on your plate? No doggie bags, either. The photos you post have enough food to feed 2-3 people. Surely your coworkers are watching their health and waistlines, too. You could lead and set the example of restraint and discipline.

You'll do great! I try to stay at hotels I know, like Hilton Garden Inn's where I know there will always be yogurt, oatmeal and fruits for breakfast. I struggled with restaurants, now I look at the menu online ahead of time and stick to a game plan. You've got this!

Thank you, everyone! We’ll just be a little more eyeballing things and guessing the calories. And then make an appropriate adjustments when I’m not out and about.

Keep after it, KeeponKeepinOn. You will want to replace those carbs and perhaps some fats with more protein. I personally binge HARD when I have too many carbs or sugar. I have to avoid it. Best of luck. Thanks, Liv! Denise is super good about making mlow-carbrb versions of stuff!

Better you than me. I used to run stairs between meetings when I traveled a lot, but that probably didn’t help these knees. I don’t know how you have the energy for all these gatherings, I’d be exhausted. Carry on!
