Another weekly average update

I am pretty happy about that. This week I had to delete some weight entries as my scale went bonkers and I finally changed batteries. But I think this is pretty accurate now.
..
Working pretty well on the lifting. And I am getting stronger. When I started some weeks ago I could hardly chest press my barbell without collapsing now I can get quite a few reps. It is fairly quick to build up strength folks so get at it LOL.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 26.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diana, I bet the dryer is shrinking your clothes! Happens to me all the time! Try to change the batteries just to see

Great loss for the week in your final stretch! My living room is my gym. Weights, bike and some bands. I'm encouraged by how fast your feeling stronger.
