I'm back on track. No more "keto" snacks. I didn't have many but the few I had, I think stalled me. January is WORLD CARNIVORE MONTH! Whose going to do it with me? I'm doing beef eggs butter and maybe some bacon. That's what I've been doing all year. I'm going dairy free for January I think. Just to see how my body responds. This was my lunch. It was so good. Smoked salmon, 1 oz yogurt mixed with 1 oz cream cheese and 0.5 oz parm shredded on top. Wow, the parmasean really made the flavors pop! Only thing it could have used is some capers or chives?

January is world carnivore month? Yeah on snacks . They start out innocent and then they take over the whole diet. At least that is what happens to me as I love chocolate and nuts a lot.

Liv001 yaa. Me too, they take over and they make me hangry. Yes, follow Dr Shawn Baker on YouTube. He's quite outspoken. He's got two channels, one is his podcasts. The interviews are excellent. The other channel is shorts and more funny stuff. Some offensive but I find interesting. SOME very informative.
