This is true cold weather does hjnder seeing other people sadly. I force some friends to meet me for coffee in the winter just because we all need to interact with eachother to help our mental health stay good and strong. Maybe try inviting a friend to your place or stop by a friend's place to chat and hang out we all need Tha once in a while. The cold makes it great for long walks though if you bundle up correctly. Stay strong my friend ❤  

Try a walk round your local park/green space, dog walkers usually say hi/morning etc. Glad to see you back Chess x
