A new month! September was good, I did eat 2 small slices of thin crust pizza on the 29th, first bread or pasta to pass my lips since July 15th. Yesterday was spent driving to the city to see BIL in the hospital. He is now the proud owner of 20 cardiac stents!! Got 2 new ones yesterday. Took my MIL down there, she is 90 years young and worries so much about her son. She was much relieved after seeing how much better he felt after the procedure. She and I stopped at a Chinese buffet for dinner on the way home. I ate too much, but all low carb items. Still down a half pound this morning! Looking forward to a good month~
