Only one pound lost in 3 weeks.
Possible reasons:

a 3 course birthday meal
red wine
not tracking all my milk intake (this could be a lot)
Cycling has plateaued the calorie burn.
Swimming breast stroke for an hour a week is not working
Bananas are not counted on ww - but they have 100 cals and i eat them a lot


What I am going to do:
Switch to Soy milk for cereal and measure it.
Switch to soy in tea and drink a smaller cup.
Ditch swimming for a jog instead.
only use my 12oz mug for hot water.
