Woke at 207.6, down .2 from yesterday. That was a very nice surprise after eating a large roasted veggie salad at the Silver Diner at about 8:00 pm last night. That dude came in at 860 calories and I ended up with 36 surplus carbs for the day. I expected to gain about a third pound of water from that, but apparently did not! No workout today as the first of my guests have arrived and we are going to Old Town Annapolis, Maryland, for a day of sightseeing. Should get plenty of Fitbit steps and just need to stay away from the goodies. Enjoy your Sunday!
