My weight loss line turned green and I just noticed! I've been wondering at what point it would change. Seemed like I was "yellow" forever!
Went and tried on jeans yesterday. Good Grief! It was way worse than swimsuit shopping! First off, there are sooo many different styles. Secondly, every brand size fit differently. Last time I bought jeans there was straight and bootcut. I must have tried on 20 different pairs and ended up with Levis. Lordy, I am old fashioned! Although, these are the new and improved soft and a little bit of stretch to them. I ended up with a size 14 cuz my waist is non-existant (way to be an apple shape). I almost bought a pair of "boyfriend" jeans cuz they were a size 12, lol. I had to text my daughter in law and ask if they were supposed to be short. I couldn't figure out what shoes I would wear with them so passed.
Hubby and I are going to a charity dinner next Friday for a lot of All Star Baseball Players. Pete Rose, Reggie Jackson, Johnny Bench, Wade Boggs, and Doc Gooden, Robin Yount, Andre Dawson, Carlton Fisk, Steve Carlton, Mike Boddicker, Jose Canseco, and more. They will also play in a game at the Field Of Dreams in Dyersville. I am trying to figure out what to wear to the dinner, something more than casual but not formal....I literally have no clothes that fit as the weather gets cooler. And there are so many choices. I still have 25 pounds I want to lose so am not wanting to invest a lot of money in "transition" clothes. Maybe I can dress up my 1 pair of jeans....
