Hi everyone hope this posts finds u well I’ve found a very healthy way of cooking rice & getting rid of most of the starch if anyone is interested I will gladly share it with you Weight wise I can’t complain today I made a beef & potato bake with my magic Rice and salad second meal will be M&S min meals 233 cal so hopefully within my allowance really trying my best not to feel like failure weight wise … the love of food is something within me part of who I am can’t change that … now am trying to eat right 😊 happy with the tiny drop sending u all much love by the way the rice recipe gets rid of more than 70% of the carbs let me know if ur interested just want as much people as possible to benefit from the new way of cooking sending u all much love xxx
