Sorry for Late reply - simply combine 35g of oats, 20g of vanilla protein powder, 50g ripe banana, 1tsp of coconut oil, 50ml of almond milk & 20g of chocolate. Mash up banana and then add in other ingredients and mix well, cook in air fryer at 160 for 8-10mins or in oven for 12-15mins x Calories 353 Protein 21g x
