Previous post wouldn’t allow me to put before pix. Top pic 3 days preop July 23, 2023. Middle is around September last year around 200-210 pounds and about 3 months in to losing fat journey. Bottom is today. New bikini for a vacation at some point.. bonus-what appears to be my left leg in pic (but is right leg as in the mirror) the hip replacement scar was reduced where it intersected with tummy tuck🥰. Didnt expect that little extra gift. 

O i take that back. Middle pic was around thanksgiving so probably 190 pounds or so. Just saw Xmas stuff. 

Awesome job! How are the surgical scars looking?  

Still pretty pink. I need to get on top of the silicone scar tape. Im allergic to it so i can only wear it for a few days then im so itchy i have to take it off for about five days. Healing really well except under left armpit where four stitches opened. It’s also still a bit stiff there. Work in progress but im super happy i had the surgery. In clothes no one would know how loose the skin was but you can clearly see the difference. Opened up a whole new wardrobe for me (sleeveless 😂)

Shake those pounds-funny thing was that ive always been super confident even at my heaviest i just adjusted the clothes i wore to hide my arms and would think, wish they weren’t so big. I would say im just as confident but im more comfortable in my arms being shown. I never realized i was as fat as i was at my heaviest and never knew i was at a healthy weight when there either. That’s the headspace i live in😂. Im trying to understand how to change my perception so i stay here. Im too old to afford to be overweight again. My knees, hips and back would be very angry with me if i let that happen. Looked at your bio!! You are making wonderful progress—so happy you are doing it while still young! Great job!!! 

You look great! It must feel so much better not to have such loose skin. Good for you! 

Look at you girl! Smokin hot! Looking so good in pink! To be honest I thought the top pic was after as well ..but closer to surgery date. I'm sure this has done wonders for your self confidence. You look beautiful and I'm so happy all is healing. ( well almost all... hopefully your armpit will be ok) What things do you have to do to maintain the skin tone? Obviously diet is part of it but do you have other instructions from Dr? I'm really happy for you!!💜💜💜 

Cj it DOES! He removed five inches of loose skin just from the abdominal area. I dont know how many from arms but several. I can now actually wear fitted tops that my arms are not too big for. Before button up shirts would be too big in the waist to accommodate my arms. I was so suprised to find out how small i actually am with arms a normal size. Thank you!!! 

Diana, nope top pic was day we flew to Newport Beach. It was a gorgeous day and we took pix for memorialization of old me.😂. Armpit will be fine eventually im sure. Really all i have to do is not get fat again. Literally that is all which, i hope never too regardless of skin removal. Don’t we all😂. Thanks so much Diana im super happy with outcome. I tried to post these pics altogether but kept getting a forbidden action from fatsecret. Your dr’s appt is two weeks away right? I cannot wait for this to be behind you!!!! BTW you absolutely kill it when you are traveling. Super super inspiring.

YOH, Yes my video appt with Dr is tomorrow. Was supposed to be at 1030 but they texted me and changed it to 1130. Hopefully no more changes...my surgery is tentatively scheduled for Oct 30. We shall see if that will stand. I should know by Weds. 💜

So sorry you've had so much pain. I can't imagine doing all that, but you look absolutely fabulous. I'm so glad for you that you are happy that you did it. I would have been afraid that you would regret it when in so much pain. I'm thrilled that most of that is behind you. You are so gorgeous! 

Pain is something that we are programmed to forget. but look at the results! Hazzah!
