This breakfast meal that I had Thursday morning was nearly 500 calories. I ate one slice of the toast, I left a few potatoes.
I should have divided that food plate in half right off the bat!

That last weeks Thursday meal was something like 530 calories if I had eaten every last bite. I almost did! My eyes are always bigger than my stomach.
