Hi DOOdle, it's Merry Mel, thanks on your input on toad on the hole it sounds very little but when you buy some ready made meals they are 400 or less. Most of my food os homemade. I don't log my menu because I do it twice already. One one Samsung heath the other on Bluetooth food scales. But I have noticed your weight is sliding down so that's great. Have a great Thursday.
