Was meant to weigh-in today but I completely forgot it was Friday lol! Had a few 'bad' days this week (few family issues made it a choice between eating takeaway or not eating at all for three days) so I'll probably be seeing a red arrow tomorrow when I weigh. Ah well, I know what caused it and I know how to make that little green arrow pop back up again next week so no worries
105.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
