Today was a REST day! Thank goodness, yesterday was alot of exercise! Walked about 1 mile to pick up my car from shop. Then leap frogged the two cars until return to the house. Not to mention walking the dogs 3x a day. Watering lawn. Preparing supper for family. Just one long day, with alot of action packed into it.

I need to have rest days to sometimes. Currently trying to alternate between walking and cycling, only the weather hasn't been on my side this week. Never mind!
