Last night I was proactive as far as what we had for supper -- watermelon, iceberg salad with cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, mushrooms (with thousand island and bacon dressing - yum!), 3 cheese tortillini, and 1/2 of baked salmon (Gorton's -- really good and easy).
Plus I got in more exercise and drank more water to help flush that pizza out! Tonight I think we may get something from the pantry shoppe.

Hoping it rains here soon -- plants are dry and I need to water them tonight. But that's when company is here, so that will be challenging a bit.

Struggling to get going this morning -- though I have worked out, showered/dressed, fed all the animals (cats, birds, dogs), taken the dogs for a ride on the EZGO, walked with the dogs, and came back in to wolf down breakfast. With intense cardio workout this morning (similar to a kickboxing class) and followed by intense abs....I could fold up my laptop and go back to sleep. Not gonna, but could.

Switched out from coffee to hot tea (now lukewarm). Little snacky already (wanted egg omelet this morning, couldn't get up earlier enough to get everything done to make it prior to 9am. Oh well, another day.

Will weigh in tomorrow too. Keeping my prize in sights today!
