I’ve just been to Rome for 5 days. I ate lots of pizza, pasta and A LOT of gelato. This result isn’t surprising 😂 I have no regrets though, Italy was great and I wanted to enjoy my holiday for what it was. BUT! Back on the grind now and time to lose some weight, no excuses 🫵🏼
84.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
