Dropping this here to keep myself accountable- little one is back in playgroup on Tuesday so, my little plan; Monday and Thursday I'll walk to the little shops, Tuesday and Friday I'll walk the circle, Wednesday and Saturday I'll walk to the big shops. 4x a week I'll do the regime I've been given to help heal my diastasis recti (that's the recommended amount of times per week) and Sunday will be my rest day. And now this is public I have to stick with it 🤣
107.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Rosebud, I ended up going to the little shops today because my daughter didn't go back to playgroup til today and it's a longer walk than the circle. My Fitbit recorded over 100 active minutes 🤣🤣 Day 1 success!
