Woke at 233.7, up .5 from yesterday. Got to 233.6 before dinner, but not crazy about this lack of weight loss.

Well if I keep after it ought to work. if this doesn’t work, I need to take it down 100 cal and see what happens.

I’m stuck too for about a month. Up and down by a couple of pounds. I’ve been keeping food diary very accurately and have not exceeded allowed calories at all. I don’t get it either unless it’s just a way for our bodies to stabilize at a new set-point every so often. That is a theory I have heard. I guess I’ll go with that and keep on keeping on.

Hi CJ. I guess the next thing is to take it down by 100 a day and see what happens. I hope you’re getting lots of protein.
