Went to my nutritionist today. Measurements were exactly same as last month except for waist..I am up an inch...have to do more ab work..She also changed up my WOE a bit. On heavy lifting days I need to eat 120 grams of protein and 120 grams of carbs. For me that will be M,T,W,F. Other days I'll do same as before.(80-100 grams carbs and 100 grams protein) Fat grams will stay the same at about 50 grams a day Had a NSV this week at training. I did leg press and was able to press 240! ( that is counting leg press machine) I'm pretty happy with that!

Feeling pretty good over here, Diana! 🙂 I've upped my calories ALOT and my carbs a bit by adding a half of a cup of sweet potato w/ grass fed butter & cinnamon 🤤 most days (still under 50g, still in ketosis). Holding steady on the lbs so far & getting stronger. 😁 That's the current goal. I can feel some changes in the glutes already. 🫠

Awesome work on the leg presses!! You are one strong lady! I have had the week off with the trainer gone all week. I did do a partial workout at home Monday and did kettlebell swings Tuesday but nothing since. I miss my workouts for the mental piece. On my own I don't push to nausea where at the gym I am pushed if that makes sense.

Redporch, thanks. I am feeling tired lately. It's hard even to finish a pump class at the level I've been doing. Have a device check for my pacemaker, gonna mention it. I also did a home workout because of appt . It's never as good as the gym..Hope you are well otherwise! 🩷💪
