Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 03 Aug 15

Unofficial weight is at 117.3kg this morning so that's only 0.6kg gain. Not too bad considering the last 4 days were eat-whatever-I-wanted days. I'm very eager to see if there will be a drop/gain after my 2 fast days(Mon & Wed) and I'll aim to keep my non-fast day(Tues) under my RDI. Have a wonderful week everyone :)

Thank you 002 :) I've become so used to my fast days that I don't even feel any hunger pangs.

so basically you are not trying to lose weight a healthy way, you are trying to find out how much rubbish you can still consume and still lose weight?

@howzat4u we are not all perfect, that's why we are on this site. We want to lose weight/ maintain with eating healthy and also some junk food so we don't feel deprived. No use of eating just clean foods for a month, then eating everything in the fridge and the frige itself LOL

@howzat4u who said its not a healthy way ? That will be very subjective. Tons of people get derailed from their clean eating because of the restriction of not being allowed to have any of that "rubbish". There's no point in eliminating the "rubbish", losing weight then putting the weight back on when the person starts to eat the "rubbish" again. I would argue that most people will find it easier to lose weight if they are allowed to indulge in some of that "rubbish" whilst they are on their weight loss journey. I'm not going to be eating it all the time but its nice to know that if I do, I don't need to feel guilty about it and I don't have to stop my weight loss method. @Snezica LOL! That's exactly how most people give up because their 1 month of hard work seems to be worthless if they eat some junkfood.

I meant they fall off the waggon because their diet is too restrictive, just like you said.
