looks great, how do you make your tofu? mine comes out bland. Need to find a way it absorbs the flavours

Hi SB, had the same problem and avoided scrambled tofu for ages, but went through Internet again for inspiration and found new way of preparing it, godsend!
In one bowl you crumble 200g block of tofu into desired size pieces.
Second bowl will be your seasoning mixture - mix 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 black salt (for egginess), 1/4 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp hummus/tahini (for creaminess) and 200ml milk (I'm using plant milk). Set aside.
Now fry tofu on a bit of oil until brown, add 2 tsp nutritional yeast (for cheesiness), fry for one more minute and add your mixture. Frying time depends on your preference, I don't like it too dry.
It's new level delicious 🤤
