Happy 4th of July everyone. I've been working a ton of hours while training hard and still trying to be super Dad. This mornings sweat session was a 3 mile run followed by some 75 lb sand bag mountain climb repeats. I have been seriously focusing on fixing all the issues with my running form by using my garmin data and videos and I've turned Into an efficient little machine. After some go kart and ATV fun were off to march in the parade and sell Funnel cakes at the fireworks going to be a long hot day!!
