Hi everyone Day 9 😊 Intermittent fasting Today …. Cleaning laundry today am inviting them out for lunch village style place serve the best Turkish kofta …. 😋 salad walking around try to get 10-15 min exercise at best the toe issue still standing I need to buy casual dress the ones packed too big so will see will stop for that all important coffee 😊😋 it’s challenging times for some of us here hope we can turn a page move forward and stay positive sending everyone positive vibes ❤️❤️❤️
