Woke at 234.3, down .7 from yesterday. But still well above my desired range. My trips downtown this week have really added up. UPDATE: Got to 233.8 before lunch. That was low for the day. UPDATE: Massive exercise day. I walked 3.5 miles and then came home and cleaned up round the pool, and power washed the pool cover and house. I ended up walking over 7 miles! I weighed 231.2 when I got done.
