Hi everyone,

I'm new to losing weight. I'm hoping to make big lifestyle changes. I have a whopping 63kg to lose. I've started the gym, and I absolutely love it - I don't know what I was scared of, lol. If anyone wants to share recipes with me, please do! I'm always on the lookout for ways to improve my diet!
