Slowly I have got into the watching the calories and making better choices . Now I intend to continue, but with small changes. One is to skip breakfast (so fasting 16:8). One small step at a time

I love intermittent fasting! I shoot for 16:8 as well. It really helps me with the night eating.

Hi , may I ask how do I know how many calories I eat during the eating time - I’ve just started IF and I have put on a couple of pounds 🥹

Reynalds how about tracking then on the app…weigh the food and count the calories.Easy
