I made it back from my business trip. No weight loss but no gain either so I guess I did good. Been at this weight for 2 weeks now so I think I've hit a plateau. I really need to rein in the mindless snacking in the evening and be more focused on my eating. My body is just rebelling and wants to be at a heavier weight. I'm hoping it will reset its set point soon.
I did the stationary bike on Monday and mowed the yard yesterday. Tonight I get back into running. Hopefully the expected storms will hold off until I finish. My goal is 60 minutes.
I did get my new toy, a Polar M400 GPS fitness watch. I got it with the heart rate monitor strap which I'll try out tonight. At least I won't need my phone to track my runs anymore which will be a big help.
