Had to take stuff to help me go to the bathroom and it totally helped! My last post talks about my vacation and steps/miles. I feel better now that I’m back on track and back home. Time for farmers market today to fry veggies and micro greens!
71.9 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
