Woke up early today. Not sure why but I was up at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep. I contemplated laying there till my alarm went off at 6.30am but I simply couldn't so I got up and did 25 Squats, Sit Ups, Crunches and Jumping Jacks. I then had an Nutriblast smoothie before getting ready for the day.

I have upped my water intake as well and am drinking around 8-10 glasses of water thru out the day now. I have a 2LT bottle of water by my bed as well to keep me hydrated through out the evening so I'm not tempted to have the fizzy drinks.

Planning all my meals ahead of time is great too. I now have no question as to what to eat for lunch or dinner as I have it all set and ready to go. It also saves me a lot of money as I know make my lunch at home and take it in to work with me. I also tend to make my dinners the night before too or in the slow cook pot so that by the time I get home from work I don't need to rush around cooking.

I have decided not to weigh in this week but next week. I'll be weighing in every 2 weeks now as I feel its a much nicer surprise lol.
