I hope everyone is having a good weekend.
I'm a little upset at myself. I ran my 5K race yesterday morning and missed my goal by 8 seconds. I finished the race in 30:08. I thought I was on track but it must have been the last hill. Oh well, I race again in 2 weeks.
I'm going out of town for business so I won't be on much for the first half of the week.
I hope everyone has a great week.

You did awesome! 8 seconds is just how long a cowboy has to stay on the bull! You will have that down in no time! It would take me at the very least an hour so you are doing super in my book!

I don't know you, but I just wanted to say (from someone who can barely walk, let alone run) that you are an inspiration and I think it sounds like you did a wonderful job!

8 seconds off...you did great. Look at it this way - you have a target to shoot for in your next race and motivation to better your time. Great job.
