Quick sashimi dinner .. more like an appetizer I've been eating anything I can get my hands on sooooo hungry. Time to go burn a few calories 😃

Glad the appetite is back and you are making healthy choices! I have been eating asparagus too as it is perfect right now! I can’t wait to go ditch hunting if the snow ever leaves!

Redporchlady thanks I actually didn't like asparagus growing up and only recently tried it again maybe 4 months ago and now I love it

moko 13 haha I thought otc was defrosting me some salmon to make for dinner but we ran out but I had no complaints about tuna

Doogle1 thus was just part of the 3000 calories for the day but overall I wouldn't say anything I ate at all was bad

Cheesegobbler84 that was just part of what I ate but there's a whole lot of food on that plate I also had some baby carrots , blueberries, blackberries, 2 rice cakes with peanut butter , a fiber on brownie a bowl of fiber one cereal I'm sure there was more too lol. But I agree rice is usually part of this meal but I ate a pound and a half of rice for lunch the day before 😆

Cheesegobbler84 yup!! My daily intake is all based on activity level not but I'm looking at 2800 -3500 calories a day depending on how much exercise I'm doing just to maintain where I'm at.
