Woke at 229.9, down.5 from yesterday, but still 5 pounds up in water weight. I will probably not lose more weight today as I am traveling to Annapolis to meet friends for a seafood lunch. I am eating at maintenance calories and that won't cut it for further fat loss. It looks like we will do a reset in April!
