Does anyone else suffer from what I like to call “poop weight”? I am doing so well with my eating and tracking but I just started to increase my water intake and doctor recommended psyllium husk powder every morning which I have only taken for 2 days. I weigh daily and every time I see the weight go up, I know this is the reason. It’s frustrating. I end up having to take something to help me go (not laxatives, just healthier option cleanse pills) but can’t take on certain days because I don’t want it to hit on my in office days. Just wanted to vent and see if there were more like me out there that suffer from what I do and if there is anything I else I should be doing. I also walk daily. Thanks!

Dairy products can clog the works as milk/cheese/yogurt is difficult for the body to digest after age 9. Keep eating your fruits, veggies and whole grains like oatmeal (if you're tracking your food on FS, make sure in your settings that you've checked off Fiber and aim for about 30g/day), and give yourself a few weeks to adjust to the psyllium husk. Walking is good, and will definitely help. If you can, try to do it for 30 minutes on your lunch break in addition to your regular walk. Hang in there, @Sternfan!

Thank you so much for the feedback, I truly appreciate it! Yes I love cheese way too much but I have really kicked back on it as well as yogurt, I may have 1/2 cup a day of Greek yogurt just to get some extra probiotics. I love the tip of adding fiber to my view! I have done that. Thanks again so much! 🥰
